How do I spend my credits?
Credits (or stars) are used when you create a story. Depending on the type of stories you create, you will use a different amount of credits. You can also use your credits to unlock story packs.
Why can't I have unlimited credit?
Each story we create is unique to you and no one else will have the same story. For this reason, each story inferes a cost to create.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply go to your account and click 'Subscription'.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
When you cancel your membership, all the credits you accumulated stay in your account. You can still use them to create stories whenever you want.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can wait for the new month to start or you can purchase more credits.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes, just go to your account and click 'Gift a membership'.
